 WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

1-7 business days but we will ship your order as soon as possible.

10-15 business days outside EU but we will ship your order as soon as possible.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE ITEM ?

Yes, if the item is unworn it can be returned, and must be within 14 days after receiving it. Do you have any questions about returns? Email us on massi.jewelry@hotmail.com

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS?

We always make sure that our jewelry are sent in an excellent condition. If your piece would break during the shipping we need you to send a picture of it, as well as of the package. The same applies if your piece breaks while wearing it. Please feel free contact us for more information. 

WHAT MATERIALS DO MASSI USE?

The materials can vary depending on the model and the type of jewelry. All our jewelry is handmade with mostly Freshwater pearls & Baroque pearls with 18k gold-plating.

FUN FACT: All Freshwater pearls & Baroque Pearls has its own personal and unique shape/color since its real pearls grown in lakes, rivers etc. This makes every jewelry unique.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

We recommend you to:

- Avoid washing your hands/showering with our jewelry on.

- Avoid workouts and sleeping with the jewelry on.

- When you don't wear the jewelry, let them rest in the "Massi Bag".
